Benalmadena

Benalmadena is located about 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and is split into two main parts. The higher section accessible just off of the main AP7 / N340 motorway is known as Benalmadena Pueblo or Benalmadena Village. The other section is the real tourist area and holiday destination and is known as Benalmadena Costa.

Benalmadena Pueblo

Like most small pueblos in Andalucia you will find that the majority of homes are painted white and there is a real village atmosphere. Being located above Benalmadena Costa the views from the pueblo are really quite spectacular.

If you are looking for a more relaxed atomosphere while still being within a short distance of Benalmadena Costa and Benalmadena Marina then the pueblo may well be the ideal choice to consider as your Costa del Sol holiday resort.

Benalmadena Costa

This is a nice lively resort with lots of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. There are long stretches of sandy beach and a promenade running right along the front. You will never be short of things to do in Benalmadena Costa whether it is daytime activities or the nightlife that you are seeking.

As a whole Benalmadena is an ideal holiday resort for all types of holidays whether you are a young couple looking for some late nights and lazy days or whether you are a family looking for activities to keep everybody amused.

Benalmadena Accommodation

You will find many hotels along Benalmadena Costa including the famous five star Torrequebrada Casino Hotel just a short distance from the main resort.

Also within a short drive are the holiday resorts of Fuengirola to the west and Torremolinos to the east.
